Kerry Williams - LLB
Principal
Kerry has extensive experience
in commercial and property law.
His experience extends to company directorships, sales and
succession planning as well as large subdivisions. Kerry has an
extensive Body Corporate Property Management Portfolio in both
commercial and residential.
Kerry has acted for a wide variety of businesses, including farms,
manufacturers and developers, and also holds many private
trusteeships. Individuals are important to Kerry’s wide practice and
he regularly assists them with the range of wills, trusts and wealth
management issues.

Julica Carmichael - LLB BA
Solicitor
Julica joins the firm in January 2017 with 9 years'
experience as a property
and business solicitor in Canterbury for two medium sized firms.
Julica
assists Kerry with the Property and Subdivision work in the firm as
well as
having expertise in business purchases and sales and business
financing.

Alison O'Keeffe
Legal Executive
Alison joined Williams &
Co in May 2017 with 30 years' experience in the legal field. Alison
worked for various law firms and Barristers in Brisbane prior to
moving to Christchurch in 2006. Alison assist Kerry with Property
and Subdivision work.

Roger Sheard
Office Manager
Roger joined Williams & Co in March 2013.
As Office Manager Roger is the ‘glue’ which holds us
all together. He is predominantly responsible for administering the
Trust Account, all matters relating to the Firm & principal
administrator of our Body Corporate portfolio.
